We offer a range of modalities to try to mobile your body such as manual manipulation and adjustment techniques. To do this, our chiropractor’s use techniques such as drop piece, atlas orthogonal, sacral occipital technique and pelvic blocking, amongst others, depending on your condition and health goals.
At First Choice, we are dedicated to working collaboratively with you to provide quality treatment for conditions of the musculoskeletal system including nerves, muscles and joints. During your session, your chiropractor may apply alternative techniques such as spinal decompression to help your body to move more freely and show you rehabilitation stretches and exercises to improve your condition.
